Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

Coordinate between shippers, customers, and drivers to ensure on time pickup and delivery is made. Work with customers to amend shipping dates and locations as needed

  • Call customers to schedule their moves. Take calls to handle rescheduling as needed.
  • Build orders in our load management software as they come in from customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes internally regarding customer shipping status.
  • Identify and solve problems with dispatch team in a timely and calm manner. Know when to escalate to management.
  • Thrive in a phone driven, fast paced, customer service environment.

Multitask between all jobs above with accuracy and minimal errors. This is a necessary skill to succeed in this position.
