Position Overview:

As a Dispatch Coordinator at ARM, you will be a crucial link in our supply chain, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Operations:

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of shipments, optimizing routes and resources for maximum efficiency.

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact between drivers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor shipment progress, provide real-time updates to customer service team, and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively address any logistical challenges, such as delays or rerouting, to minimize disruptions.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics software and systems (preferred but not required).
