• Accurately fill out the quote forms provided on MyCarMove.com. The information provided must be complete and correct to ensure an accurate quote.
• Understand that MyCarMove.com (Auto Relocation Management) is not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit of vehicles. Auto Relocation Management is an agent of US Logistics, a licensed freight broker. All carriers used carry a minimum of $100,000 in cargo insurance which covers all the cargo being transported on the carriers trailer. If you would like to purchase additional protection specifically for your vehicle, you may opt in to our Full Value Protection Assurance plan for an additional cost.

4. Full Value Protection

Users have the option to purchase the Full Value Protection Assurance product for their vehicle during transit. Details and terms of the product will be provided at the time of booking the service.

5. Liability Limitations

MyCarMove.com shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use the service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
• Any other matter relating to the service.

6. Modifications to Service
